• Promotional gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for return, exchange, or substitution.

• If a qualifying hat is exchanged, the original promotional gift may be kept. A replacement or additional promotional gift will not be provided with an exchange.

• If a qualifying hat is returned for a refund, the promotional gift associated with that hat must also be returned in its original condition.

• If the promotional gift is not returned with an eligible return, $29 will be deducted from the refund.

• Merchandise marked Final Sale remains subject to our existing Final Sale policy and is not eligible for return or refund.
